How long should I get a massage at a spa for?

I know that probably sounds like a silly question, but I've never had a massage professionally done. Is it worth it to get the full hour? I don't know if I'd be able to stay down for that long, but then again when I think about it, it's probably amazing. So I'm asking those experienced spa goers out there if I should get the full or half an hour deal.
